Performance of “FS-030”
1. Foam production: 10-1 expansion ratio equals 300 gallons of foam, up to 40-1 expansion ratio equals 1200 gallons of foam.
2. Run time is determined by foam setting . With a wet foam the system will empty within 1.5 minutes.
If you desire a very dry foam, the system can shoot up to 3 minutes.
3. The “FS030” only uses one nitrogen bottle per 30 gallon fill up.
4. The system can be completely emptied then refilled with water and foam concentrate in minutes and be re-deployed or ready to stand by for another fire.
5. Shooting distance 30’ to 125’.
6. Temperature range -30 f to 150 f.
7. Rated for class A and B fires.
***The FS-030 can produce 300 up to 1200 gallons of finished foam product***
Operating Instructions
1. Turn “Nitrogen Bottle Valve” on counter clockwise.
2. Deploy hose ( make sure “Fire Hose Nozzle” is in the off position)
3. Turn “Foam Expansion Valve” to desired foam type “ wet or dry”.
4. Turn on “Charging Valve”
5. Aim “Fire Hose Nozzle” at fire, pull back on “Fire Hose Nozzle” lever and deploy foaming agent.

Eductors and other Foam Equipment may be necessary to be used in New Sprinkler Systems as well as into excisting systmes. Eductors will have the capability to mix the appropriate amount of foam for your buildings codes and usage. The most common range is from 0.5% to 3% depending on your facilities set up.
