EXIM InterTrading Bancorp is working closely with Manufacturers in developing new market penetration by leveraging our resource in our familiar market and focusing on feasibility research for each product in that market, we set the advertising program, Campaigning, Staging, financing and marketing US Manufactured Products for Export into these global markets. The premise of this new way to conduct business is the understanding that it usually takes 3 to 5 years for companies to become established and this will take high investment in Research and development, protocol, marketing, physical warehousing, and governmental acceptance. Since most small to medium manufacturing companies are not usually looking to open in these markets any business obtained will be ancillary revenues. EXIM InterTrading Bancorp is working with over 30 countries and markets, which would represent 90 to 150 years of expansion.
Research and Support of Product:
To research product is to get full clarification of the Manufacturer, to better understand how it works, where it is currently used, the industry as a whole, plus and minuses on prior international sales if any. EXIM InterTrading Bancorp researches any manufacturing difficulties, opportunities, assembly needs after shipping, warranty, current sales, service needs, competition pro and con, and certifications.
Advertising Product:
EXIM InterTrading Bancorp utilizes its own sources, offices, location, Representatives, third parties, work sites to advertise products or a group of products within an area that may need new product development.
Campaigning Product:
EXIM InterTrading Bancorp has developed an understanding that It is key to know how and when to Campaign a Product or Service, this part of the Marketing Staging Plan will create the awareness of the product which will develop and open new markets for such equipment. Too often the company’s desire to rush sales ends up in bad reputation and lack of further sales from the end users. It is the sole purpose of the EXIM InterTrading Bancorp strategic plan to develop long term growth and stability for any product or services we bring to those regions.
Staging Product:
Once Advertisement, Campaigning has resolved positively it is time to set up staging for sales, conventions, shows, sampling. The key to the success of the staging process is to focus the staging in front of the audience with technical understanding, financial stability, and credit worthiness.
Financing Product:
EXIM Group Companies has established throughout the years a client network that has been loyal to us. Therefore EXIM InterTrading Bancorp is able under our rules, regulation and lending practice to offer the end user and dealers financing for package products for small to medium sized businesses. This in itself is a major contributing factor to the successes of this program. EXIM InterTrading Bancorp has been conducting this program in and around Europe and it is the perfect time to offer to the US manufacturing segment.
Final stage is to create an over arching presence quickly and complete to establish superiority in that market and discovering all market glitches and quickly correct for long term business, orders, service, parts etc. After all the research is conducted and the markets are established it would be very feasible to set future goals and expectations as the market matures.
